-Pose N Post-

Saturday, April 11, 2015

Heyy Beautiful people! Happy Saturday! Hope you all are enjoying your weekend so far. So as I mentioned in my previous post I attended the Pose N Post Symposium this past Thursday. The event was hosted by RnB's very own Chrisette Michele & featured fashion/hair/beauty vloggers Love4Fashion, Abrissa Malbrough, and Courtney Adeleye! The purpose of the event was to network with other bloggers/vloggers, influencers, and brands within our community. Each panelist spoke on their success and gave insight on how to succeed on social media as well. The main consensus seemed to be consistency. As bloggers/vloggers, its important to be consistent with the work we put out so I will definitely keep that in mind moving forward. Another great tip they gave was the time you post content. They advised to take a look at your analytics to see who your major audience is and see what time they normally check your blog. This will aid with the traffic you get on your blog or youtube. Overall the event was very enlightening and empowering! Everyone was so pleasant and passionate about their craft. I truly enjoyed myself and I'm looking forward to attending more events like this. Here are a few pictures from the evening below. Till next post! :)

My lovely new friends I made

  1. I love this outfit, and that cardigan is to die for. So sad that it's sold out. I found going to conferences and meet ups great because you get some great advice, and get to meet some great people. Consistency is number 1, and when I started being consistent I noticed the blog doing a lot better. Now that my consistency is better, going to start improving other aspects. Good luck on your own blogging journey.

  7. I totally agree with what they said about consistency, it's an area most bloggers are lacking in. I love the cardigan, amazing print and you styled it perfectly with the black and white.
